Ryan is the owner of Total Results Training and a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he received a Master’s Degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation/Exercise Science.  At Eastern Illinois University, Ryan was an honors athlete while starting 4 years on the Panther’s soccer team . Upon graduation Ryan followed his passion of health and fitness  and became a personal trainer here in Chicago. As one of the city’s top trainers Ryan is in high demand whether he is training, teaching boot camps or taping news segments for local tv.   In addition to Ryan’s extensive fitness background and work experience he is a world renowned fashion and fitness model; his work can be seen on three continents. Ryan exudes passion and energy for a healthy lifestyle and those who spend time with him can’t help but feel inspired to improve their own health and fitness.

 

 

 

Kelly attended The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  After her undergraduate work, Kelly was determined to learn more about health, fitness and the body. This led her to Arizona State University East for her Masters of Science in Exercise and Wellness. Kelly’s focus while in school was on physical activity and health.  Upon completion of her Master’s Kelly moved to San Francisco where she broadened her concentration from physical fitness to overall quality of life. This change in focus and additional education in massage therapy enabled Kelly to discover the importance of bodywork to stay healthy and balanced. Over the last seven years Kelly has been working with both corporate and individual clients on health, fitness and injury prevention goals.  In 2009, Kelly returned home to Chicago to pursue her professional passion close to her family.  As a Certified Personal Trainer and Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist, Kelly’s experience and continued education allows her to bring the latest in fitness and bodywork to her clients.

 

 

CC, short forCornelius, graduated from The University of South Carolina School of Sports Management and later received his Masters Degree in School Counseling from DePaul University. While at South Carolina CC was a member of the 4×100 meter relay team which consistently ranked among the nation’s top NCAA track and field teams. After graduating from USC, Cornelius went on to train with some of the world’s best athletes in preparation for an Olympic qualifying event before he suffered a career-ending back injury. CC went on to train in corporate gyms in both his native Atlanta, GA and private studio in Lincoln Park, CC is now a counselor at Douglas High School located on the city’s west side. While balancing the workload of two jobs, CC finds time to lead one of the most effective boot camps anywhere in Chicago.

 

 

 

 

Greg is originally from Louisiana where he received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from Grambling State University. He moved here to Chicago in 2000 and continued his long standing interest in staying in shape by becoming a certified personal trainer. Greg initially worked at Bally’s Total Fitness for five years before branching out to establish his own personal training business by way of the Vie Fitness gym. Greg believes that intense resistance training along with healthy eating habits is the best way to achieve one’s goals.
